  • A 15-minute, no-cost consultation can be set up prior to your first session to check our therapeutic match, as well as to answer any questions you have.

  • After your 15-minute free initial consult, we will follow up with your first session. This is a crucial first step in establishing your care. During this time, I will complete a thorough diagnostic assessment in order to best understand how to help you meet your mental health goals.

    60 min

  • These regularly recurring sessions will be scheduled following your Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation.

    50 min

  • After care is established, these sessions will ensure that your medications meet your short- and long-term needs.

I offer a queer perspective centered in mindfulness and current evidence-based treatment. My philosophy of practice is to approach all clients with curiosity and an open mind, offering psychotherapy as the first line of treatment. All sessions are offered via Telehealth.

Insurance & Payment

I am currently in-network with Optum, United Health, Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Oxford, Oscar, and a handful of smaller insurance companies. I am also willing to see you as an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer reimbursement if you see a provider outside of your network, so please check with your carrier for details. I can offer monthly statements to submit for reimbursement.

ALL PAYMENT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY AND DUE AT THE TIME OF TREATMENT.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

Consistent attendance in therapy is essential. However, I understand that life happens and things may get in the way. As such, a full 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid any fees. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a full charge of fees. Each appointment will be given a grace period of 15 minutes and I will attempt to get a hold of you in that time. If there is no contact made within the 15-minute grace period, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee. Emergencies, with appropriate documentation, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
